CHANGE TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
In compliance with paragraph 3.59 of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements,
Shareholders are advised that Mr Jerry Govender has resigned as an executive
director of the Company with effect from 17 July 2015.
Jerry will remain involved with the BSI Group through his on-going executive role as
a director and shareholder with Qinisa Steel Solutions Proprietary Limited, in which
BSI has an investment.
The Chairman and the Board wish to thank Jerry for his valued contribution to the
Company during his tenure on the board and wish him well going forward.
