TRP121: NOTIFICATION OF A DECREASE IN INTERESTS IN SECURITIES
In compliance with section 122(3)(b) of the Companies Act 71 of 2008 (“the Companies Act”) and
Regulation 121(2)(b) of the Companies Act Regulations, 2011, shareholders are advised that Ellies has
received notification from Public Investment Corporation Limited (“PIC”) that, as a result of the increase in
the number of Ellies shares in issue following the recent Ellies rights offer, PIC’s beneficial holding of Ellies
shares has decreased to 9.51% of Ellies’ issued shares.
