LISTING OF ADDITIONAL AfricaPlatinum debentures
Africa ETF has, from commencement of 21 July 2015, issued an additional 700,000
AfricaPlatinum debentures at an approximate issue price of R125.26 per additional
AfricaPlatinum debentures, following subscriptions in respect of approximately 6,969.123 fine
troy ounces of Platinum bullion.
After the additional issue, there will be 15,000,000 AfricaPlatinum debentures in issue,
referencing approximately 149,670.557 fine troy ounces of Platinum bullion.
