In accordance with the JSE Limited Listings Requirements and Section 122 of the Companies Act
2008, the Fund's shareholders are advised of the following:
Prudential Investment Managers (South Africa) (Pty) Limited, in aggregate on behalf of underlying
clients, has notified the Fund that it has increased its holding in the Fund to 5.24%.
