FURTHER CAUTIONARY ANNOUNCEMENT
Shareholders are referred to the cautionary announcements
dated 28 April 2015 and 10 June 2015 regarding discussions in
which the Company is engaged relating to a strategic
acquisition (“Proposed Acquisition”), which acquisition would
require the approval of Huge’s shareholders.
Discussions regarding the Proposed Acquisition are still
continuing. Accordingly, shareholders are advised to continue
to exercise caution when dealing in the Company's securities
until a further announcement is made.
