FURTHER UPDATE ON THE ADVTECH OFFER
Shareholders are referred to the Company’s announcement dated 22 July 2015
and are advised that Curro has today resubmitted its conditional firm
intention offer to the board of Advtech Limited (“Advtech”), containing
terms similar to those detailed in the abovementioned announcement,
including a 50% cash underpin for Advtech shareholders who do not wish to
accept Curro shares in consideration for their Advtech shares. This means
that minority shareholders will likely be able to receive 100% cash, as
many of the major Advtech shareholders have indicated a preference for
Curro shares.
Curro shareholders should continue to exercise caution when dealing in the
Company’s securities until a further announcement is made.
