South Ocean Holdings’ headline earnings per share and earnings per share for the 6
months ended 30th June 2015 are expected to be between 27% (1.97 cents) to 37% (2.7
cents) lower than the corresponding prior period. As reported in the corresponding prior
period, headline earnings per share and earnings per share were 7.3 cents..
The financial information on which this trading statement is based has not been reviewed or
reported on by South Ocean Holdings’ external auditors. The unaudited results for the 6
months ended 30th June 2015 are expected to be published on or about the 6th August
2015.
