DISCLOSURE OF CHANGES IN THE HOLDING OF THE B-LINKED UNITS OF
HOSPITALITY
In accordance with the JSE Limited Listings Requirements and
Section 122 of the Companies Act, 2008, unitholders are advised
that Kagiso Asset Management (Proprietary) Limited on behalf of
clients notified the Company that it has increased its holding in
Hospitality by 2,68% from 13,21% to 15,89% of the voting rights of
the B-linked units.
