ANNOUNCEMENT TO SHAREHOLDERS: RESIGNATION OF DIRECTOR
The Board announces with regret that Grant Scrutton, the Group Financial Director,
has accepted an alternative offer of employment with effect from 1 October 2015 and
has therefore resigned with effect from 30 September 2015.
We thank Grant for his valuable contribution over the last 5 years and wish him every
success in pursuing this new opportunity.
