APPOINTMENT OF A MANAGING DIRECTOR FOR AEL MINING SERVICES LIMITED
AECI is pleased to announce that Edwin Ludick has been appointed Managing Director of AEL
Mining Services, a wholly-owned Group subsidiary, with immediate effect. He has been acting in
this position since 15 May 2015.
Edwin joined Chemical Services Limited as a Human Resources Manager in 1991, was appointed to
this Group subsidiary’s Executive Committee in 2008 and to its Board in January 2010. He joined
AECI’s Executive Committee later in 2010.
Edwin has served as Managing Director at four companies in the Group’s specialty chemicals cluster
and as Chairman of several others. He is currently also a member of AECI’s Specialty Chemicals
Executive Committee.
He has a BCom (Hons) degree from UNISA.
