DECLARED DIVIDEND ANNOUNCEMENT ON SABMILLER PLC HOT ENHANCED DIVIDEND SECURITIES –
(“SABIHH”)
With reference to the dividend announcement, the Directors of SABMiller Plc have declared a final dividend of
1,078.82288 SA cents per ordinary share be payable on Friday, 14 August 2015, to ordinary shareholders,
recorded in the books of the company at the close of business on Friday, 7 August 2015.
In terms of the new Dividend Tax effective 1 April 2012, the following additional information is disclosed:
1) local dividend tax rate is 15%;
2) net local dividend amount is 916.99945 SA cents per share for shareholders liable to pay the new Dividends
Tax; and 1,078.82288 SA cents per share for shareholders exempt from paying the new Dividends Tax; and
3) Investec Bank Limited Income Tax Number: 9675/053/71/5.
Accordingly, the holders of SABIHH will receive a SABMiller Plc dividend amount on Friday, 14 August 2015 in
terms of the Cession clause incorporated in the Supplement between the holders and Investec Bank Limited. The
last day to trade (“cum” the dividend) in order to participate in the dividend is 31 July 2015.
SABIHH Hot Enhanced Dividend Securities will commence trading “ex” the dividend from the commencement of
business on Monday, 3 August 2015, and the record date will be Friday, 7 August 2015.
