RESIGNATION OF NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
Shareholders are advised that Mr Benedict James van der Ross, having served on the
board since 2000, has decided not to stand for re-election as a non-executive director.
Ben’s resignation from the board is effective as from 27 July 2015.
The board thanks Ben for the invaluable contribution his expertise and knowledge has
made to the growth and success of the Company, and wishes him well in his future
endeavours.
