Notification in terms of section 122(3) of the Companies Act and paragraph 3.83(b) of the
JSE Limited Listings Requirements
In accordance with section 122(3) (b) of the Companies Act, No 71 of 2008, as amended (“the
Companies Act”), and paragraph 3.83(b) of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements, Buildmax
shareholders are hereby advised that the Company has received notification from Flagship
Asset Management (Pty) Ltd (“Flagship Asset Management”) that Flagship Asset
Management has increased its beneficial interest in Buildmax such that it now holds 5.16% of
the issued ordinary share capital of the Company.
As required in terms of section 122(3)(a) of the Companies Act, Buildmax has filed the required
notice with the Takeover Regulation Panel.
