CORRECTION ANNOUNCEMENT
Shareholders are referred to the announcement published on SENS on 29 July
2015 in relation to the acquisition of a beneficial interest in Lewis by
Deutsche Bank AG ("Deutsche Bank").
On 29 July 2015, the company received notification from Deutsche Bank that
it had increased its shareholding in Lewis to 6.09%. In accordance with the
requirements of the Companies Act, 71 of 2008, the Company published the
S122 notification on SENS.
Deutsche Bank has subsequently notified the company that, on further
investigation, the total number of voting rights held by Deutsche Bank as
of 28 July 2015 is below the initial threshold of 5% which will require the
notification submitted by them to be retracted.
