ACQUISITION OF INFRASOL PROPRIETARY LIMITED – FULFILMENT OF CONDITIONS PRECEDENT
Further to the announcements released on SENS on 17 April 2015, 3 June 2015 and 3 July 2015, and the
circular to shareholders of Datacentrix issued on 3 June 2015 (and using the terms defined therein unless
otherwise stated), regarding, inter alia, the acquisition of 100% of the issued share capital of Pinnacle’s
wholly-owned subsidiary, Infrasol, together with Infrasol’s wholly-owned subsidiary, Merqu, shareholders are
hereby advised that the requisite approval for the Acquisition has been received from the Competition
Commission. Accordingly, all Conditions Precedent have been fulfilled and the Acquisition is now
unconditional.
