APPOINTMENT OF COMPANY SECRETARY
In compliance with section 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of the JSE Limited, the
board of directors of the Group (“the Board”) wishes to advise shareholders that, with
effect from 1 August 2015, Ms Ephenia ‘Ephy’ Motlhamme has been appointed as
company secretary to the Group.
Ms Motlhamme was previously Compliance Officer: Bank Supervision at the South
African Reserve Bank, and has worked as Group Company Secretary at the
Industrial Development Corporation of South Africa (IDC). She is an admitted
Attorney with B.Proc and LLB qualifications.
The Board welcomes Ms Motlhamme and look forward to her contribution to Telkom.
