CHANGES TO THE BOARD
Redefine International, the FTSE 250 UK Real Estate Investment Trust (“UK-REIT”), announces the following changes
to the Board with effect from 3 August 2015.
Donald Grant has been appointed as the Company’s new Chief Financial Officer, as previously announced on
30 April 2015.
Elisabeth Stheeman, an independent non-executive director, is stepping down from the Board due to the emergence of a
potential conflict of interest relating to another role.
The Board would like to thank her for her service and wish her well in the future.
