APPOINTMENT OF CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER AND EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
In compliance with paragraph 3.59 of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements,
shareholders are advised that Mr Wallace Holmes has been appointed as Chief
Financial Officer and Executive Director of Masonite with immediate effect.
Mr Wallace Holmes is a qualified chartered accountant and has more than 25 years
professional experience at Executive and Board level. He has held a number of
previous senior executive positions, most notably as Chief Financial Officer of
Afrocentric Group (Investment holding company listed on the JSE), Airports
Company of South Africa (ACSA) and Tiger Brands Limited.
