DIVIDEND DISTRIBUTION ANNOUNCEMENT IN RELATION TO THE MTN SHARE INSTALMENT
Notice is hereby given of the dividend amount payable for MTN GROUP LTD and that as a result of
the dividend declaration relating to MTN GROUP LTD (MTN) the Trustees of the Share Instalment
Trust have declared a dividend amount of 480 cents per MTNNIL share instalment that is payable on
Monday, 31 August 2015. The dividend is subject to a local tax of 15 per cent. This results in a net
dividend of 408 cents per share instalment. The final payment will be rounded to two decimal
places.
The last day to trade cum-dividend is Friday, 21 August 2015. The Share Instalment will commence
trading ex-dividend from Monday, 24 August 2015. The record date will be Friday, 28 August 2015.
