Shareholders are referred to the announcement released on SENS on 24 June 2015, in respect of the purchase by New
Way Power Proprietary Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of enX, of the generator rental business of Galeprops 2661
CC (trading as Genmatics) (the “transaction”) and are advised that as the due diligence process has not yet been
completed, the value of the net assets of the transaction and the profits attributable to the business are still to be
determined. enX shareholders are accordingly advised to continue to exercise caution when dealing in their enX shares
until a further announcement is made.
