DELRAND PROVIDES UPDATE ON VOLUNTARY DELISTING FROM THE TSX
Toronto, Canada – August 5, 2015 – Delrand Resources Limited (“Delrand” or the “Company”) (TSX-
DRN; JSE-DRN) reports that, further to its June 30, 2015 press release, the voluntary delisting of its
common shares from the Toronto Stock Exchange will be effected on August 19, 2015. The
Company intends to make application to list its common shares on the Canadian Securities
Exchange within the next few months.
