In accordance with paragraph 2.6A(b) of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements, the Company wishes to advise
that the board of directors of Wescoal have approved the termination of Exchange Sponsors (Pty) Ltd as sponsor
to the Company with effect from 5 August 2015.
Further to the above, the board of directors of Wescoal is pleased to advise shareholders that Nedbank Corporate
& Investment Banking, a division of Nedbank Limited, has been appointed as Sponsor to the Company with effect
from the same date.
