RESIGNATION AND APPOINTMENT OF A DIRECTOR
In terms of a shareholders’ agreement between CMH and Thebe
Investment Corporation (Pty) Ltd (“Thebe”), Thebe has the
right to nominate two non-executive directors to the board of
CMH.
CMH announced today that N (Zukie) Siyotula has tendered her
resignation as a director with effect from 6 August 2015.
Zukie served on the Audit and Risk Assessment and the Social,
Ethics and Transformation Committees of CMH.
Thebe has proposed, and the board of CMH has confirmed, the
appointment of R (Refiloe) Nkadimeng, effective 6 August 2015,
as an independent, non-executive director. In addition, the
board has appointed her as a member of the Audit and Risk
Assessment Committee. These appointments will be placed before
shareholders for approval at CMH’s next annual general
meeting, scheduled for May 2016.
