Putprop (“the Board”) hereby notifies its shareholders that Mr Richard Tiefenthaler has resigned as an
independent non-executive director with effect from 5 August 2015, due to the time constraints resulting
from his other commitments.
The Board thanks Richard for his contribution to the Company and wishes him well in his future endeavours.
