Notice to noteholders in relation to the refinancing of notes
In accordance with the Terms and Conditions of Torque’s
ZAR5,000,000,000 Secured Note Programme, investors are herewith
advised of the refinance of the TORQ2, TORQ4 and TORQ5 notes,
effective 15 August 2015.
The notes will be replaced by ZAR238 000 000 Class A5 secured
floating rate notes to be listed under stock code TORQ8,
ZAR84 000 000 000 Class B2 secured floating rate notes to be listed
under stock code TORQ9 and ZAR49 000 000 Class C2 secured floating
rate notes to be listed under stock code TORQ10.
