RENEWAL OF CAUTIONARY ANNOUNCEMENT
Shareholders are referred to the renewal of cautionary announcement dated
2 July 2015 pertaining to the offer received for the purchase of CRG’s shareholding in
one of its subsidiary companies and are advised that whilst the suspensive
conditions relating to the offer received were not timeously met by the prospective
buyer, discussions are continuing. Shareholders are accordingly advised to continue
to exercise caution when dealing in the Company’s securities until a further
announcement is made.
