DIVIDEND DISTRIBUTION ANNOUNCEMENT IN RELATION TO THE SBK SHARE INSTALMENT
Notice is hereby given of the dividend amount payable for STANDARD BANK GROUP LTD and that as
a result of the dividend declaration relating to STANDARD BANK GROUP LTD (SBK) the Trustees of
the Share Instalment Trust have declared a dividend amount of 303 cents per SBKNNP share
instalment that is payable on Monday, 14 September 2015. The dividend is subject to a local tax of
15 per cent. This results in a net dividend of 257.55 cents per share instalment. The final payment
will be rounded to two decimal places.
The last day to trade cum-dividend is Friday, 04 September 2015. The Share Instalment will
commence trading ex-dividend from Monday, 07 September 2015. The record date will be Friday, 11
September 2015.
