APPOINTMENT OF INDEPENDENT NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
Shareholders are advised that Mr Yusuf Mahomed has been appointed as an independent non
executive director to the Blue Label Board with effect from 18 August 2015.
Mr Mahomed was a founding member of 3C Telecommunications Proprietary Limited, the holding
company of Cell C Proprietary Limited (Cell C). He was a director of Cell C until June 2015. He
currently is a director of various other companies.
The Board would like to welcome Mr Mahomed to the Group.
