Shareholders are advised that the annual financial statements of Imbalie for the year ended 28 February
2015 were posted yesterday and contain no changes to the audited results published on SENS on 29 May
2015.
Notice is hereby given that the annual general meeting of shareholders will be held at 10:00 on Friday, 18
September 2015 at 10h00 at the Company’s registered office located at Imbalie Beauty Boulevard,
Samrand Avenue, Kosmosdal, Centurion.
