MATERIAL TRANSACTION
Shareholders are referred to the announcement relating to a conditional material transaction that
was published on SENS on Tuesday, 18 August 2015. Subsequent to the publication of such
announcement, both the Bermuda Stock Exchange (“BSX”) and the JSE Limited (“JSE”) have
placed a trading halt on SVF’s shares pending conclusion of the transaction. A further
announcement in this regard will be made in due course.
SVF has a primary listing on the BSX and a secondary listing on the JSE.
