RENEWAL OF CAUTIONARY ANNOUNCEMENT
Shareholders are referred to the previous announcements released on SENS, the last of which was
released on 8 July 2015, in respect of the winding up of BioScience.
The liquidators are proceeding with the winding up of the Company in the absence of any other
alternatives being presented for consideration. Whilst various initiatives were being investigated outside
the liquidation process, there is no progress and discussions have now been terminated.
Accordingly, shareholders are advised to continue to exercise caution when dealing in the Company’s
shares until such time as a further announcement is made.
