DELRAND PROVIDES UPDATE ON VOLUNTARY DELISTING FROM THE TSX
Toronto, Canada – August 19, 2015 – Delrand Resources Limited (“Delrand” or the
“Company”) (TSX-DRN; JSE-DRN) reports that the voluntary delisting of its common
shares from the Toronto Stock Exchange (the “TSX”) will now be effected at the close of
business on Friday, September 11, 2015. The Company has determined to make
application to list its common shares on NEX, a separate board of the TSX Venture
Exchange, rather than the Canadian Securities Exchange as previously reported. The
delay in the voluntary TSX delisting to September 11, 2015 is intended to allow a
seamless transfer of Delrand’s listing from the TSX to NEX. However, shareholders are
cautioned that it is not certain that the NEX listing application will be accepted.
