Further to the cautionary statement published on the 23rd of July 2015, the Directors of Hwange Colliery Company Limited wish to advise all Shareholders that the Company is still engaged in discussions that may lead to transactions which may have an impact on the share price. The Company will be advising Shareholders on the details of the proposed transactions in due course.
