DIVIDEND DISTRIBUTION ANNOUNCEMENT IN RELATION TO THE BIL SHARE INSTALMENT
Notice is hereby given of the dividend amount payable for BHP BILLITON PLC and that as a result of
the dividend declaration relating to BHP BILLITON PLC (BIL) the Trustees of the Share Instalment
Trust have declared a dividend amount of 62 USD cents per BILNNH share instalment that is payable
on Tuesday, 29 September 2015. The exchange rate is yet to be announced. The final payment will
be rounded to two decimal places.
The last day to trade cum-dividend is Friday, 04 September 2015. The Share Instalment will
commence trading ex-dividend from Monday, 07 September 2015. The record date will be Friday, 11
September 2015.
