CHANGE TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
In compliance with paragraph 3.59 of the Listing Requirements of the JSE, shareholders are notified of the
following:
The Mazor Board is pleased to announce with effect from 26 August 2015, the appointment of Mr.
Raymond Selwyn Schur as an independent non-executive director of the Company. Mr. Schur will be
appointed as a member of the Audit and Risk Committee, Remuneration and Nomination Committee and
Social and Ethics Committee.
The Board takes this opportunity to welcome Mr. Schur in anticipation of the valuable contribution he will
make to the Mazor Board during his term in office.
