Ronnie Lubner and Mark Barnes have each disposed of approximately 4% of their
respective shareholdings in Purple Group in order to facilitate a broader
participation in the equity of the Company by its employees. In addition to the
director’s purchase below, approximately 7,7 million Purple Group shares were
bought by 24 employees.
All employees of Purple Group now have an interest in the equity of the Company.
