TRADING STATEMENT
In terms of the Listings Requirements of the JSE Limited, companies are
required to publish a trading statement as soon as they are satisfied that
a reasonable degree of certainty exists that the financial results for the
period to be reported on will differ by 20% or more from the financial
results for the previous corresponding reporting period.
Accordingly, a review of the financial results for the year ended 30 June
2015 by management, has indicated that the earnings per share and headline
earnings per share are expected to be between 12% and 26% lower than the
corresponding period at between 43 and 51 cents per share (prior
corresponding reporting period earnings per share of 58.4 cents per share
and headline earnings per share 57.8 cents per share).
The financial information on which this trading statement is based has not
been reviewed and reported on by Comair`s external auditors.
The results for the year ended 30 June 2015 are expected to be released on
SENS on 14 September 2015.
