RESOLUTION OF DISPUTE
Shareholders are referred to the disclosure of the summons
served on the Company on 30 October 2009 by the Tully Family
Trust (“Tully”) as detailed on page 26 of the Company’s 2014
Annual Integrated Report.
The Board is pleased to advise shareholders that the Company
and Tully have resolved the dispute and that all pending
legal actions against the Company have been withdrawn by
Tully.
