NO CHANGE STATEMENT, RELEASE OF ANNUAL REPORT AND NOTICE OF
ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
Shareholders are advised that the Annual Report of StratCorp for
the year ended 28 February 2015 has been released today and
contains no modifications to the reviewed condensed results
released on SENS on 30 June 2015.
Included in the Abridged Audited Group Financial Results is a
Notice of Annual General Meeting which will be held at the
Company’s registered office located at 3rd Floor, Lakeside
Building B, Heuwel Avenue, Centurion on Friday, 16 October 2015
at 10:00.
The Record Date, being the date set by the board of directors
of the Company for purposes of determining which shareholders
are entitled to receive and vote at the Annual General Meeting,
is Friday, 09 October 2015.
The Company’s Annual Report will also be available on the
Company’s website, www.stratcorp.co.za.
