SPECIFIC ISSUES OF SHARES FOR CASH TO RELATED PARTIES
Shareholders are referred to the detailed announcement in this regard dated 26 June 2015, and
advised that, for technical reasons, the circular referred to in that announcement will be delayed
beyond the date of issue (26 August 2015) required in terms of the Listings Requirements of the
Johannesburg Stock Exchange (“the JSE”).
An application for dispensation from this requirement has been made to the JSE and granted, and
the circular will be distributed as soon as possible, but in any event before 4 September 2015.
