APPOINTMENT OF NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
In compliance with paragraph 3.59(a) of the JSE Listings
Requirements, shareholders are advised that Mr Rasheed
Hargey has been appointed as a non-executive director on
the board of GPI with effect from 1 September 2015.
Mr Hargey has a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, with
Honours in Management, and has completed the Management
Development Programme at the University of Stellenbosch.
He also has extensive business experience in the IT,
electronic and manufacturing sectors in the capacity as
managing director and CEO.
The Board of directors extends congratulations to Mr
Hargey on his appointment and looks forward to his
contribution to the Company and Group.
