REPORT ON THE PROCEEDINGS OF THE ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
At the sixth annual general meeting of the shareholders of Wilderness Holdings Limited held, on 31
August 2015, all the resolutions proposed at the meeting were approved by the requisite majority of
votes, other than the special resolution seeking to amend the Constitution of the company and the
ordinary resolution giving the company general authority to buy back its own shares (which was
dependant on the passing of the special resolution).
