Shareholders are advised of the following changes to the board of Wescoal:
- Mr Morné du Plessis, Chief Financial Officer and executive director of Wescoal has resigned with
immediate effect; and
- Mr Izak van der Walt has been appointed as acting Chief Financial Officer of Wescoal with effect from 2
September 2015. Mr van der Walt is a Chartered Accountant and member of the Public Accountants and
Auditors Board, with 14 years’ experience in the mining resources sector.
A further announcement will be released once the position of Chief Financial Officer has been finalised.
