Creditors’ Committee Meeting and Update on Sales Process
Shareholders are advised that the creditors’ committee met today to consider three final binding
offers received from preferred bidders in terms of the sales process.
The Company can confirm that the business rescue practitioners will be announcing the successful
bidder during the course of this week.
The business rescue plan (the plan) will be published by mid-September 2015 and
creditors will formally vote on the plan at the creditors meeting convened within 10
days from the date of publication of the plan.
