TRP121: NOTIFICATION OF ACQUISITION OF BENEFICIAL INTEREST IN SHARES
In compliance with section 122(3)(b) of the Companies Act 71 of 2008 (“the Companies Act”) and
Regulation 121(2)(b) of the Companies Act Regulations 2011, shareholders are advised that Vukile has
received notification from Prudential Investment Managers (South Africa) (Pty) Ltd (“Prudential”) of the
acquisition by Prudential (on behalf of its clients) of Vukile shares, such that Prudential’s total beneficial
interest (on behalf of its clients) in the company is now 5.08% of Vukile’s issued shares.
