Shareholders are hereby advised that RAC has received formal notification in the prescribed
format that Coronation Asset Management Proprietary Limited (“Coronation”) has, on behalf of
its clients, disposed of RAC Preference Shares.
The total interest in the preference shares of RAC held by Coronation’s clients decreased from
25.02% to 24.93% of the total issued preference shares of RAC.
