Company has received formal notification in the prescribed form that Mr. R.C. Von Seidel has disposed
all of his securities of the Company such that the total interest in the securities of the Company held by
Mr. R.C. Von Seidel now amounts to 0% of the total issued securities of that class in the share capital of
the Company.
