CHANGES TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF FIRSTRAND AND FIRSTRAND BANK
In compliance with the JSE Limited Listings Requirements and pursuant to the SENS announcement
released on 6 March 2015, the following information is disclosed:
Sizwe Errol Nxasana will resign as chief executive officer and executive director of FirstRand and FirstRand
Bank with effect from 30 September 2015. Johan Petrus Burger will be appointed as chief executive officer
of FirstRand and FirstRand Bank in place of Sizwe Errol Nxasana with effect from 1 October 2015.
Alan Patrick Pullinger will be appointed deputy chief executive officer and executive director of FirstRand
and FirstRand Bank with effect from 1 October 2015.
In addition to the above:
Paballo Joel Makosholo will be appointed as a non-executive director of FirstRand and FirstRand Bank with
effect from 1 October 2015.
Kgotso Buni Schoeman will resign as a non-executive director of FirstRand and FirstRand Bank with effect
from 30 September 2015.
