DIVIDEND DISTRIBUTION ANNOUNCEMENT IN RELATION TO THE NPN SHARE INSTALMENT
Notice is hereby given of the dividend amount payable for NASPERS LTD -N- and that as a result of
the dividend declaration relating to NASPERS LTD the Trustees of the Share Instalment Trust have
declared a dividend amount of 470 cents per NPNNIK share instalment that is payable on Monday,
21 September 2015. The dividend is subject to a local tax of 15 per cent. This results in a net
dividend of 399.5 cents per share instalment. The final payment will be rounded to two decimal
places.
The last day to trade cum-dividend is Friday, 11 September 2015. The Share Instalment will
commence trading ex-dividend from Monday, 14 September 2015. The record date will be Friday, 18
September 2015.
