UPDATE ON CHANGES TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
Further to the announcement released by Sycom on 18 May 2015, unitholders are hereby
advised that the Financial Services Board has provided its approval for the resignation of the
following directors from the board of directors of SPFM (“the Board”):
- MS Moloko
- JPD Flanagan
- CB Marlow
- GR Jones
The resignation of the aforementioned directors will be of immediate effect.
The Board would like to thank those directors that have resigned for the services rendered during
their tenure as directors.
